Finance Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
You will be trained to handle a variety of tasks and take on responsibilities as you gain the necessary skills and knowledge. These tasks include:

• Assisting the Management Accountant in preparing month-end management accounts and financial performance reports.
• Preparing regular cashflow forecasts.
• Conducting monthly bank reconciliations.
• Preparing and analyzing Budgetholder reports.
• Maintaining the fixed asset register.
• Completing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Preparing VAT returns.
• Posting transactions to SAGE 50 and the job costing system.
• Creating reports from the job costing system.
• Processing staff expense claims.

Skills and Qualifications:
