£15-£16 per hour
Fully remote
16-20 hours per week

My smashing client now have a requirement for an experienced Finance Administrator for anything from 16-20 hours per week. Some flexibility may be required on these hours on occasion.
The role will be fully remote, and my client is flexible on hours to be worked. Please note that after successful probation period the pay rate will be increased to up to £18 per hour!

As the company use Xero experience using this system will be preferred.

Duties

• You will be assisting the outsourced Accountant and Bookkeeper with all administration relating to the following
• Managing shared finance mailboxes
• Checking for and processing invoices on Xero
• Coding invoices
• Checking remittances and statements
• Direct debit administration
• Capturing data
• Processing expenses
• AR and AP

Experience needed

• Finance admin experience
• Xero
• Highly numerate and thorough
• Able to commit to part time hours
