Job Title: Credit Controller

Location: Chester

Remuneration: 24,000 - 26,000 per year

Contract Details: Temp To Perm, Full-time, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Take on a pivotal role as a Credit Controller within our client's dynamic and rapidly growing team.
• Join a friendly and supportive environment where your contributions are valued.
• Ensure accurate and efficient debt recovery by managing your own case load.
• Collaborate with the management team to provide case progress updates.
• Utilise your strong problem-solving skills to investigate cases and identify effective solutions.
• Produce professional correspondence, including template and free format letters.
• Collaborate with in-house solicitors to seek legal guidance, when necessary.
• Embrace a continuous learning mindset with an initial training plan and ongoing self-learning opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to write professional letters.
• Strong negotiation and listening skills.
• A confident telephone manner and the ability to think outside the box.
• Prior experience in a Recoveries/Collections environment is preferred but not essential.
