They craft client solutions using its in-house team of highly skilled consultants with a diverse range of expertise within International Taxation, Company Accounting, Digital Marketing, IT Strategy, Business Advisory, Legal Services and Financial services, ensuring a joined-up approach and seamless client experience.
The are now looking to add to the in-house legal team and are looking for an in-house Commercial Solicitor to assist and advise across a wide range of commercial, technology, compliance, corporate and employment matters.
Ideally you will be circa 3 years PQE and have experience in advising clients and internal stakeholders across the range of commercial contracts, either gained within an in-house or private practice environment.
Responsibilities will include:
Draft, review, and manage legal documentation.
Conduct legal research.
Liaise with clients/stakeholders and relevant parties.
Conduct negotiations to reach desired outcomes.
Delegate and outsource work when appropriate.
Managing several matters concurrently.
Taking pragmatic decisions on legal risk.
Desired Skills and Experience
UK-qualified lawyer with over 5 years of experience (ideally 3+ PQE)
Excellent drafting skills.
Good attention to detail and sound judgement.
