After recent growth and winning many new clients acrossthe FinTech, Banking and Capital Markets, General and Lifeinsurance, Lloyd's of London and fund management sectors, we haveambitious targets for the future. Tax is higher thanever on the agenda for our FS clients with ongoing geo-politicalchange and significant tax, regulatory and accounting reformsimpacting all sectors across FS. To help our clients navigatethe existing complexities and future uncertainties, we arerecruiting to develop the team and our capabilities to respond tothe market.

About therole

• We have a newlycreated Corporate Tax Manager role due to the recent success of theFinancial Services Tax team.
• The predominantfocus of the role is to help drive and lead our growing UK FScorporate tax compliance book of business, both in terms ofsuccessful delivery of computations and returns but also supportingwith the tax technical development of the wider team.
• There will be a need to undertake research where requiredand support with the delivery of cross-border tax compliance andtax audit engagements.
• Help deliverhigh-quality work for clients and profitable outcomes for thebusiness through use of best practices, technology and alignmentwith Firm policies.
• Work closely with juniorteam members in our London office in the delegation and review ofwork as well as fostering their learning anddevelopment.

What arewe looking for

• Qualified at ACA, CA, CTA or equivalent level (includingequivalent Legal / international tax qualifications).
• Strong interest in financial services and related taxissues with experience in delivering UK corporate tax computationsfor clients across FS sectors.
• Good awarenessof broader tax, international tax, regulatory and accountingareas.
• Able to manage projects, meet deadlinesand manage engagement economics.
• In line withthe Firm's general guidance, work from the London office an averageof 3 days a week to drive the delivery and delegation of taxcompliance work to junior team members.
• Stronginter-personal communication skills.
