Accounting Assistant

Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Basford, Nottingham who are looking for Accounting Assistant to join their busy team.

About the Business:
Our client is a provides a diverse range of lithographic, flexographic and digital printing services to a number of market-leading national corporations as well as smaller local businesses.

About The Offer:

• Part time - 3 days a week
• Working hours are 8:30 am till 4:30 pm with a half hour unpaid brake
• Wednesday to Friday (22.5 hours total) - Friday is the only essential day - the other days can be mixed
• Office based
• Salary 13.50 per hour

About The Role:

Responsibilities:

• Raising customer invoices from dockets (not processing invoices) - Tharstern system training given
• Credit control, also any queries
• Supplier invoices matched with delivery notes
• Posting all invoices posted on to Sage
• Additional tasks - bank transfers, processing receipts, filing and using spreadsheets
  
  About you:
• Sage Accounts experience required.
• Experience in raising invoices is a must
• good communicator
• work closely with the Accounts Team
• literate
• enthusiastic
• possess a keen eye for detail
• have the ability to produce top quality results
• working to tight deadlines.
