Accounts Payable

We are excited to be working with an established and forward thinking company based in Rugby. Maintaining a bespoke and innovative approach, they are able to adapt to the needs of their customers and drive their business forward. They are now looking for motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to support their fast paced and streamlined finance team.

This position comes with an annual salary of up to 30,000 dependant on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Posting invoices accurately and on a timely basis.
• Raising supplier payments and completing payment runs.
• Identifying and investigating supplier reconciliation queries to ensure ledgers are accurate.
• Resolving queries from suppliers and colleagues efficiently and effectively.
• Processing company expenses.
• Contributing to the improvement of processes and controls.
• Taking on any other ad hoc duties and supporting your team.

Candidate Experience, Skills and Attributes:

• Previous experience in an Account Payable role is essential.
• Good working knowledge of accounting software's and strong Excel skills are essential.
• Accurate and timely with your work and be able to meet specified deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and be adaptable to change.
• Manage your workload and consistently meeting specified deadlines.
• Ability to maintain a continual loop of improvement and confidence with assisting implementation of ideas.
• Organised, conscientious and able to work as a team.
