Position Overview:
We have a unique opportunity for a Head of GroupTreasury &Investor Relations to join our business.

In this role,you will be part of an international organisation and become responsible for creating and developing the strategic role of the Group Treasury function. The function is responsible for overseeing the financial and monetary aspects of the Advania business including but not limited to cash flow, liquidity, funding, hedging and relationships with financial institutions, as well as the company's insurance programs.

This role is distinctive in that it will also be involved in some Investor Relations activities, making it particularly suitable for a Treasury professional with the commercial acumen and inclination to expand their remit beyond a traditional treasurer profile.

Responsibilities:
You will serve as a key strategic advisor to senior management, overseeing high-value and high-impact areas that are governed through the Treasury policy by CFO, Audit Committee and Board of Directors. The role will report directly to the Group CFO.

You will be responsible for or involved in:
  • Capital structure related issues including financings and strategic projects
  • Cash Management for the Group
  • Bank and lender reporting and communication - in close collaboration with CFO
  • Ensure the right cash flow management set-up for the Group, including further development and validation of the cash forecasting - ensure the quality of the forecasting of cash flow
  • Support the working capital optimization across the Group
  • Maintain and further develop close relations with core banks and lenders to ensure their support to the Group
  • Further develop and optimize reporting tools as well as procedures within Group Treasury supporting the overall strategy direction for the Group
  • Ensure a close collaboration/interface with both senior management and finance functions across the Group
  • Support to Group strategic projects and investor related matters
  • Assessing the Group's overall risk appetite, identify and evaluate the Group's insurable exposures, provide options and recommendations regarding risk transfer and other mitigation, and implement and manage the Group's insurance programs
  • Interacting with Insurance brokers and management on the Group's insurance programs
  • Acting in an Investor Relations capacity, with the ability to respond to a variety of different queries within this remit
Qualifications & Experience:

For this role. the right candidate will have:
  • Professional experience within a treasury background
  • Experience of working within a private equity-backed business
  • A strong understanding of financial markets within the context of risk/opportunity
  • An ability to interact with investors in a commercially astute manner
  • Strong project management capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to communicate complicated information to a wide variety of stakeholders

Hybrid working:
