Your new company Hays are working with a housing association based in Nottingham who is looking for a Purchase Ledger to join their busy team.
Your new role
Manually process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate data entry into the purchase ledger system.
Prepare and execute payment runs, ensuring suppliers are paid in a timely manner.
Handle and resolve supplier queries related to invoices and payments.
Perform regular supplier statement reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of the ledger.
Process and reconcile expense claims, ensuring they are correctly coded and authorised.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 2 years of Purchase Ledger experience
Good organisational skills
able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Great attention to detail
