Role Overview: Managing Director - Capital Raising

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Managing Director - Capital Raising to drive our fundraising efforts and expand our investor base. This senior leadership role will be instrumental in shaping the firm's growth trajectory by fostering and strengthening relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other key strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective fundraising strategies to meet and exceed capital raising targets.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other high-net-worth partners.
• Represent the firm in investor meetings, conferences, and networking events, showcasing our real asset investment expertise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with overall business strategy.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in capital raising, with a focus on real assets, particularly commercial real estate and logistics funds.
• An extensive network of institutional investors and family offices across Europe.
• Demonstrated success in securing significant capital commitments and maintaining long-term investor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of the UK and German markets is a plus.
• Results-driven mindset with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
