Managing a small team, as Finance Team Leader you will play a crucial role in the daily management of the sales ledger, purchase and treasury functions. You will also get to work closely with our stakeholders at all levels. Finding the right person with right experience is as important to us as your qualifications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and possess a proactive can do nature. If you are looking for a new challenge this role is a key development opportunity for an experienced finance professional to help shape the future of our transaction services within the Trust. You will help influence processes, and drive initiatives to ensure the team delivers a first-class finance service. Location & Travel Home based The role is mainly remote (home-based); however you will be expected to travel to the Central Finance Office in Stourbridge to meet with your team each week and other relevant locations on occasion.
