£38,000 - £45,000
Working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
Friday's working from home
10% bonus after successful probation period

Duties and responsibilities:
Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, handling their bookkeeping and pension needs
Ensure accurate and timely compliance with VAT, year-end accounts, and other regulations
Provide insightful financial advice and guidance to your clients
Take client calls, respond to queries and build strong relationships
Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice
Skills and experience required:
ACCA or ICAEW qualified
2 years post qualification experience within a practice environment
Good working knowledge of Xero required along with advanced level of Excel and MAC user advantageous
Sound commercial acumen
Takes a positive, resilient approach to work and enjoys problem solving
