As a Relationship Manager, you will:

  • Manage existing relationships with customers and brokers from application to loan redemption.
  • Analyse financial accounts, property valuations, and business appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the short-term lending market.
  • Handle lending enquiries efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain successful working relationships with external and internal contacts.
  • Attend external events and deliver presentations as needed.
