Tax Director

Our client is the investment fund of a UHNW family office, and is looking for a Tax Director / Senior Manager.

The fund is invested in a variety of companies from start-ups to property businesses in the U.K., Europe and Middle East. This role reports to the Strategy Director who works closely with the Principal of the fund.

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively manage all aspects of the tax affairs of the corporate investees.
2. Risk-manage all taxes, ensuring compliance and strategic tax planning.
3. Assure the provision of information to third party tax return preparers (Big 4) including the Principal's Tax return.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in corporate and owner-managed business environments.
2. Background in venture-backed start-ups.

Based out of the offices in London, this is a small team that works on a hybrid basis. This role suits someone who enjoys an environment where no day is the same and who enjoys building close relationships with colleagues across the business. There is a competitive base salary (£100-150,000) as well as a discretionary bonus and benefits package.
