Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, providing more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 60% of the time for most people.

This role is based in London and will be focused on driving margin growth across the UK business. This role will report directly into the UK Finance Director.

• Lead the business through the commercial landscape and help the company achieve and maintain a trajectory of profitable growth.
• Understand advertising production and bring innovation to the ways of working.
• Manage an agreed portfolio of UK clients.
• Ensure client & service profitability, taking remedial action on low margin/loss-making accounts.
• Deliver commercial training to the business.
• Oversee procurement.
• Manage client price increases.
• Review non-billable roles & time.
• Provide commercial thought leadership and be responsible for problem-solving.
• Support non-client specific Ops projects.
• Define and implement process and commercial policy changes, ensuring global compliance.

Flexibility to be available as required by the client, both in terms of timing and location, is important, so some out-of-hours commitments and business travel will be a feature of the role.

This role reports to the UK Finance Director. You will work closely with the business and the global commercial team.
