Your responsibilities would be:

• Enhancing the existing Fixed Income Algos.
• Optimizing the platform to lower latencies.
• Onboarding new products to the platform.
• Working with the Rates Traders and Researchers to gather requirements.

They are looking for someone with:

• Very strong Java coding experience.
• Deep understanding of Algorithmic Trading.
• Very strong Fixed Income business knowledge.
• An exceptional Academic Record.
• Very strong communication skills, with prior experience taking requirements directly from the desk.
