Founded 7 years ago, the firm has independently raised capital from prestigious investors like Goldman Sachs and CVC. As the firm prepares for its next phase of growth, it is seeking to expand its investor base globally.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Consultant to join on a part-time consultancy basis. Over an initial 6-12 month contract, the consultant will lead efforts to secure capital for real estate funds, focusing on institutional investors and High Net-Worth Individuals.

This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment while working flexibly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute fundraising strategies to diversify the investor base, targeting Europe and UK.
2. Create compelling pitch materials and slide decks to support capital-raising efforts.
3. Collaborate closely with a small, straightforward, and highly motivated team.
4. Explore opportunities in new markets, including the Middle East and Asia.

Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven fundraising experience, preferably in real estate or similar investment spaces.
2. Network: Strong connections with institutional investors and HNWIs in key markets (Europe, US, and beyond).
3. Proficiency in developing impactful investor materials.
