Mortgage Advisor

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Mortgage Advisor in Fareham, Hampshire to join an established and successful team in an award-winning mortgage brokerage.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Advisor who wishes to further their career in the financial services industry.

The salary is up to 33,000 per annum with an OTE of 65,000.

• Salary: Up to 33,000 per annum OTE of 65,000
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm and 11am - 7.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturday's 9am - 1pm

Key Responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor:

• Responding to customer enquiries and identifying customer needs
• Working off a database of pre-qualified leads, generated form enquiries and a lead generation team
• Handling new enquiries and providing advice on a range of products
• Advising customers on the best options regarding their mortgage
• Acting in accordance with current regulatory procedures

Key Skills and Experience of a Mortgage Advisor:

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor is required
• Strong track record in generating sales
• Previous telephone-based experience would be advantageous
• Proactive with the ability to use own initiative
• Being organised with the ability to manage own workload is required
