Description:

A Market Leading specialist Claims business, part of an International Group, and growing significantly, has a new opportunity for a Claims Manager to lead their Claims Operation.

Our client provides market leading and innovative Claims services to the UK Motor market and their customers.

As Claims Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Head Office Claims function.

This is your chance to make an impact by helping to continuously improve and shape client's customer experience and where your contributions will be valued and recognised.

This is a role that can be operated on a hybrid basis, split between the office and working from home.

Key responsibilities of the Claims Operations Manager role include:

  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team to support the strategy and improvement of the claims processes.
  • Provide professional and effective operational support to the Claim steams, whilst ensuring that core operational tasks are completed within given SLA's.
  • Overall responsibility for people management related activities, financial performance, quality outputs, service standards and processes.
  • Design and implementation of training programs to improve the overall effectiveness of the Claims function and embedding of change initiatives.
  • Clearly communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels and from various parts of the business to engage, influence and drive results.
  • Drive and support process improvement and business change by being a source of expertise to help drive the adoption of new initiatives for claims.
  • Communicate with Clients, third parties and colleagues in the business to maximise opportunities whilst ensuring client relationships are maintained.

To be a successful Claims Operations Manager you will demonstrate:

  • Claims Management experience with demonstrable evidence of people management and staff development
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Highly motivated and positive individual with a passion for developing people and for achieving results.
