Mortgage Adviser

Mortgage Adviser required. My client is a growing mortgage brokerage based in the Croydon area, who are seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join their fantastic team due to continued success.

• Provide advice and arranging various types of mortgages including, but not limited to; residential mortgages, buy-to-let mortgages, remortgages and product transfers
• Conduct comprehensive consultations with customers to understand their situation and overall goals
• Cross-selling insurance products from market leading insurers
• Delivering high levels of detailed client care
• Foster and developing relationships with prospective clients
• Generate and retain business
• Assess clients' financial status, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities, to determine their borrowing capacity and eligibility for various mortgage products

• Fully CeMAP qualified
• Achieved CAS status (preferred)
• Previous experience working in a mortgage brokerage - 2+ years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent understanding of mortgage and insurance products
• No panel exclusions
• IT proficiency

As this role is based in the Croydon area, suitable candidates must have a reasonable commute to th area. Hybrid working is available once probation has been completed.

• 30,000- 35,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
