I am recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team in Paisley on a part-time basis. My client is seeking someone with excellent attention to detail, experience in manual processing, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
As part of a recent review of their finance function, this role has been created to help ensure the smooth running of the Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities: Ensuring cashbooks are accurate and up to date Processing customer payments Handling supplier invoices and payments
What We're Looking For: Experience in finance or accounting roles Strong proficiency in data entry and bookkeeping procedures Excellent numerical and analytical skills Confidence in using Excel A self-motivated individual who thrives both independently and as part of a team
