We are currently recruiting a Finance Assistant for our client, a well-established manufacturing company in the Cradley Heath area. As a Finance Assistant you will be faced with a range of duties to contribute to the smooth running of the business.

Job responsibilities (Not limited too):

• Manage the invoice process including checking, authorizing, emailing and chasing invoices.
• Checking, chasing and filing proof of deliveries for purchasing.
• Chase customer payments.
• Maintain BACs list of payments and due dates.
• Any other ad hoc duties when required.

Person specification:

• Use of SAGE.
• Experience with different computer systems.
• Experience required.
