You will play a crucial role in managing and executing research functions, preparing valuation analyses, and assisting in the preparation of client presentations. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in transaction services or corporate finance who are eager to make an impact in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities Included:
Manage and execute research functions for transactions or sector analysis.
Assist in preparing the first draft of buyer investor lists.
Prepare valuation analysis/models on companies.
Assist in the preparation of information memoranda and pitch/marketing presentations.
Perform detailed industry sector analysis where appropriate.
Skills and Attributes:
ACA/ACCA qualified or working towards
2-3 years of experience within Transaction Services/Corporate Finance/Restructuring/Audit or equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detailed financial modelling skills and strong financial analysis capabilities.
Ability to work independently with initiative and creativity.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
