Semi Senior Accountant

Bennett and Game are representing an Accountancy Practice in Sheffield who are seeking a Semi Senior Accountant to join their firm on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for accounts preparation, VAT returns, tax return submissions and bookkeeping duties for a variety of clients. Salary up to 35,000.

• Preparation and Submission of VAT Returns
• Statutory Financial account's Preparation for Limited Companies and Self Assessments.
• Company Tax return Submissions and Self-Assessment submissions
• Comprehensive client bookkeeping skills
• Answering phone calls and deal with client queries

• Minimum 5 years' experience in accountants' preparation in a general practice
• AAT qualification
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, payroll, and financial regulations.

• 30,000 - 35,000 depending on experience
• 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
• 9am - 5pm
• Onsite parking
