Audit Semi Senior

Audit Semi-Senior required. Due to continued growth, my client is seeking for an Audit Semi-Senior to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. My client is one of the few remaining independent chartered accountancy practices, of a certain size, in the Leeds area.

The ideal candidate will have previous audit experience in an accountancy practice. My client provides a full range of accounting, audit and tax services to a variety of clients, mainly in the Yorkshire area. Their clients range from small businesses to an AIM listed company and businesses in the local area.

Audit Semi-Senior Position Overview

• Attend 'on-site' audit fieldwork, meeting clients at their premises
• Liaise with clients' senior management team and lead the audit team onsite
• Report to one of our Audit Managers or direct to a Partner
• Take responsibility for the completion of audit files
• Draft audited financial statements for our clients

Audit Semi-Senior Position Requirements

• Qualified/part-qualified ACA/ACCA
• Audit experience in an accountancy practice
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a growing team, dealing with clients and other team members
• Experience with ProAudit, IRIS and SAGE would be preferable

Audit Semi-Senior Position Remuneration

• Circa 35,000 (negotiable dependant on experience)
