Assistant Management Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a well-established, specialist business based in Waterlooville, Hampshire. What will the Temporary Assistant Management Accountant role involve?

• Complete bank reconciliations for multiple companies, providing daily cash updates.

• Credit card receipt reconciliation for multiple cardholders.

• Post overhead invoices and prepare/post journals, including accruals & prepayments.

• Balance sheet reconciliations.

• Support the Financial Controller with ad hoc projects.

Suitable Candidate for the Temporary Assistant Management Accountant vacancy:

• Minimum of 2 years management accounts experience.

• Proficiency with accounting software - Sage exposure would be advantageous

• Part-qualified or qualified by experience.

• Strong Excel skills (V-lookups and pivot tables as a minimum).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.
