| Description: | BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant for their client in Hartlepool. Do you enjoy a varied workload and understand the difference between a debit and a credit, along with the fundamental basics of finance? Do you need flexibility to work reduced hours maybe 4 full days OR 5 shorter days OR full time and an early finish on a Friday? Would you like to work for a successful business who are happy to support their staff and encourage professional growth within their business? This role as Finance Assistant, has become available due to internal promotion, the finance manager who you will report into did this job, so she will be at hand to train and develop you. You will work as part of a small, friendly and outgoing team of 3, both your colleagues have worked for the company for over 12 years. Staff turnover in this company in ALL departments is very low. So, you can have the confidence that you will be working as part of a bigger highly successful business. You may be currently studying AAT or already have the qualifications level 2-4 completed, either is fine.
