A leading education institution is looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to support its finance team on a temporary basis. The role requires education sector experience and a strong background in management accounting.

• Assisting with cost management, cash flow, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Supporting the production of accurate financial reports and insights
• Ensuring financial compliance and contributing to process improvements
• Working closely with finance colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation
• Providing analysis and reconciliations to maintain the accuracy of financial records

• Experience in the education sector is essential
• Part-qualified accountant (actively studying) with demonstrable management accounting experience
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills (Oracle Financials preferred)
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Available to start immediately
