Senior Client Accountant

Our client, a leading and rapidly growing professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Client Accountant to manage a diverse client portfolio and deliver high-quality financial and business advisory services. This role offers an exciting opportunity for career progression, with a clear pathway to a director-level position. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be instrumental in strengthening client relationships, driving business growth, and mentoring a high-performing team. In order to secure this candidate, they are offering a salary up to 60,000, a holiday packaging totalling 33 days and hybrid working.

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial and business needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, providing strategic advice and resolving complex accounting and tax issues.
• Oversee and review client deliverables, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Support and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development and maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify and capitalise on business development opportunities.
• Contribute to firm-wide growth initiatives, including client acquisition, networking, and promotional activities.

• Strong experience in client portfolio management within an accounting or business advisory firm.
• Expertise in complex accounting and tax matters, with the ability to provide tailored solutions.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing staff.
• Strong business development acumen, with experience in client relationship management and growth strategies.
• Qualifications such as AAT, ACCA, ACA advantageous

• Salary: 55,000- 60,000
• Working Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
• Holiday Package: 25 days + 8BH
