Credit Controller

We are recruiting a Credit Controller to join our client in Lincoln on a Full Time, Fixed-Term basis for 12-15 months.

Our client is an excellent business to work for, who are forward-thinking and leaders in their field. You'll be a great candidate if you have a proven track record in Credit Control and Microsoft Excel.

Day-to-day, you will be:
- Carrying out outbound calls to customers, working with the weekly ledger list and ensuring all invoices are settled within departmental timescales;
- Recording settled transactions onto the ledger system;
- Investigating and responding to any queries raised via email or telephone enquiries;
- Ensuring any closed accounts are fully settled and customer records are updated accordingly;
- Producing reports as required;
- Updating customer records and internal spreadsheets;
- Liaising with other departments where required;
- And any other duties as necessary within the scope of the role and in-line with the company's requirements.

- Ability to use Microsoft Office packages, Excel in particular.

The salary offered is 25-28k per year depending on experience.
Working hours will be 37.5hrs per week, actual hours worked can be open to negotiation but would ideally be 9:00am-5:00pm.
