Support Accountant

Search are delighted to be supporting the recruitment of a Support Accountant for our award-winning client's Edinburgh office with hybrid working. If you're a Bookkeeper, Accounts Assistant or Accountant with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to be part of a supportive team and company that values work-life balance, you'd be encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Serving as the initial point of contact for our customers through phone, email, and online chat, and addressing their queries accurately and promptly.
Conducting training sessions for customers via outbound calls, including those on a free trial and subscribers seeking additional training.
Proactively reaching out to users to offer assistance.
Supporting potential customers by providing the information they need to make informed decisions about our product.
Collaborating with product teams to test new features or enhancements to existing functionalities.

Skills and experience you'll ideally have:
Practical accounting experience (payroll, VAT, Self Assessment).
Strong knowledge of accounting processes.
Tech-savvy and computer-literate.
Awareness of bookkeeping and accounting software.
Demonstrable interpersonal skills.
