Morgan McKinley are working on behalf of a highly respected global organisation find an Accounts Payable Clerk

Are you looking for a new role where you can develop your accounting skills, gain exposure to a variety of financial processes, and work within an inclusive, collaborative environment? If you have experience in accounts payable, a basic understanding of VAT, or are currently studying AAT, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Registering incoming supplier invoices and processing them efficiently
• Handling varrious invoices from the company's main provider
• Managing employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policy and tax regulations
• Resolving external queries via email and phone
• Performing supplier statement reconciliations
• Processing credit card expenses

What We're Looking For:

• Accounts payable experience, or a keen interest in developing your skills in this area
• A basic understanding of VAT (ideal but not essential)
• An AAT studier or someone willing to develop their qualifications in this area
• Motivated, flexible, and eager to learn new processes
