Description:	Case Manager Central London Salary negotiable + commission Our client is a leading specialist lender based in the city; we have an immediate requirement for a Case Manager to join their bridging underwriting team. As a Case Manager you'll be responsible for duties as follows: Liaising with direct applicants and brokers to assist with obtaining the required documents and supporting information to expedite the processing, and completion of, loan applications Preparing and issuing offers of loan to broker partners and direct applicants Instructing valuations and issuing checklist of requirements to the applicant s legal representative Circulating valuation reports and processing requests on behalf of the underwriter in respect of the valuation where required Running credit searches for, and undertaking KYC checks on, applicants. To be considered for this opportunity you will have prior experience as a Case Manager either with a specialist lender or with a broker.
