Service Charge Accountant (QUBE) London SE1 (Hybrid)

We re working with a well-established Property Consultancy based in SE London, close to Waterloo.

With an impressive client base comprising UK and International Developers, Freeholders and RMC/RTM s, they now seek an experienced Service Charge Accountant as follows:

• Carrying out the full range of service charge duties relating to the impressive portfolio under management
• Liaising with the Head of Property Management
• Providing Accounting expertise and guidance in relation to complex budgets, client liaison, auditor liaison and staff training
• Utilising QUBE to ensure service charge matters are up to date, accurate and reflective of actions taken
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory framework
• Bringing about change if necessary to streamline process and provide clients/residents with the best service possible
• 1 day home working offered to those who desire it

The suitable Service Charge Accountant will have 5 year+ service charge experience, a committed career history, experience of QUBE and ideally (but not essentially) a relevant professional accounting qualification.

Salary for the successful Service Charge Accountant will start around £50k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
