Assistant Financial Accountant Loughborough Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Full Time, Permanent Office Based
SF Recruitment are working with a brilliant business based in Loughborough who are looking for an Assistant Financial Accountant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This role is structured so that the successful candidate will work directly with the Financial Director and will play a key part in the day-to-day running of the finance team.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in entering financial data into accounting systems - Preparing financial reports and briefings for senior management - Preparing meeting packs - Gathering and input of data - Support with month end closure - Ensure financial compliance with company policies, accounting best practices and audit recommendations - Assist in company secretarial duties, ensuring accurate statutory records - Ensure all records are accurate and kept up to date
Requirements: - Excellent analytical, communication & organisational skills - Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative - Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
Please note this is full time, office-based role based in Loughborough with standard office hours.
