The purpose of this exciting opportunity is to to play a critical role in driving the financial success and sustainability of the business. You will be responsible for the financial reporting and involvement in the strategic decision making of the group. Leading the finance function, with authentic leadership, direction, financial planning and analysis, management of financial risks, compliance with financial regulations and guidance to support the achievement of the group's objectives and growth targets.
Responsibilities: Financial Strategy and Planning Financial Reporting and Analysis Risk Management and Compliance Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management Leadership and Team Development
Accountabilities: Delivering timely information. Expertise and performance of the finance team. The accuracy of all financial and performance reports, KPIs, trends and financial commentary, and statutory financial statements. The accuracy of budgets and forecasts.
