We are seeking a talented and ambitious Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our dynamic team in SL1 Buckinghamshire/ Berkshire borders.

The Role:

As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you will:

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, guiding them through the entire process from initial enquiry to completion.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their financial circumstances and needs.
• Research and recommend suitable mortgage and protection products from a wide range of lenders and providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and insurers.
• Ensure all advice is compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Generate new business through referrals and networking.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product developments.

What We're Looking For:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
• Proven track record of success in a mortgage and protection advisory role.
• Excellent knowledge of the mortgage and insurance market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Highly organised and detail oriented.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience with CRM systems.
