I am seeking an experienced Management Accountant for a client of mine in the manufacturing sector with a global presence and a reputation for excellence. THE BENEFITS: 45,000 - 47,000, a generous bonus and company pension scheme, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, hybrid working on offer after probationary period and flexible start and leave times within a 37-hour working week. THE ROLE: A key appointment for the company, this is a traditional Management Accountant position to suit a qualified accountant preferably with a sound manufacturing background. Previous experience with factory involvement would be beneficial. THE CANDIDATE: CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified, part qualified candidates at finalist level will also be considered with the relevant skills and experience. A high standard of systems literacy is essential as is the ability to communicate effectively right across a business with clarity and understanding both verbally and written. A passion and enthusiasm for providing the accurate management accounting information is vital for the role. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment and deadlines can sometimes be tight but being a driven individual, you thrive in this environment and the challenges brought.
