Investment Administrator

Our Client, a large Finance Sector firm, are seeking an Investment Administrator to join a friendly, well-established team.Reporting to the Team Manager, the Investment Administrator will be responsible for:

• Input of Dividends
• Input of Asset Standing Data
• Assisting with Corporate Action Processing
• Assisting with Settlement Processing
• Assisting in completing Custodian Asset Reconciliation
• Dealing with Client/IFA/Internal queries connected to these team tasks

The ideal candidate for the role of Investment Administrator will have:

• Experience within the Life Assurance industry or Investment/Fund industry preferred, but training can be given to the right applicant
• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C or above - including English and Mathematics
• Good numeracy skills
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
• Possess strong planning and organisational skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel
