Practice / Office Manager

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our independent client-focused financial advice client who is expanding!

As Practice Manager you will ensure smooth running of the office, as well as leading and developing a high-performing team in a collaborative, professional and ambitious work environment.

• Based in Reigate
• £34,000 - £40,000 salary (DOE)
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (30 min lunch)
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Pensions scheme

Job Description:

• Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of administrators and paraplanners
• Recruitment & Training: Hire, train, and mentor team members to excel in their roles
• Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth workflow, high efficiency, and quality service delivery
• Compliance & Governance: Maintain FCA compliance, conduct AML checks, and oversee regulatory changes
• Performance Management: Set KPIs, monitor caseloads, and ensure best practices are followed
• Paraplanning & Support: Assist with research, financial strategies, and client reporting

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in financial services is essential
• Experience in practice management, financial services operations or paraplanning
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
• Ability to coach and motivate teams for high performance
• Knowledge of financial products, compliance and client service best practices
