Accounts Assistant (Study Package)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales and purchase invoices with precision and efficiency

• Post journals and assist in regular financial reporting

• Investigate and resolve unprocessed items swiftly

• Reconcile supplier and bank statements, ensuring accuracy

• Provide support with ad-hoc finance tasks as required

• Manage incoming calls and communications in a professional manner

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, and ideally some exposure to finance software

• A positive, resilient attitude with a passion for improving processes

• Excellent numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail

• The ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and meet deadlines

• Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in building and sustaining supplier relationships

• A drive to learn and grow within the finance industry, particularly towards management accounting
