Key Responsibilities and Duties: Support the preparation of monthly management accounts Variance analysis Balance sheet reconciliations Revenue analysis Bank reconciliations Support with year-end and external audits Processing payment runs and remittances Handling chargebacks Fraud disputes Ongoing system and control improvements Additional ad-hoc reporting Required Skills and Experience: Good attention to detail and organisational skills Strong IT and MS Excel skills Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic Able to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively Willingness to learn and succeed Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Benefits: Full study support towards ACCA/ACA or CIMA 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Health insurance Hybrid working (1 or 2 days p/week) Company pension EV scheme Flexible hours Career progression Our local Lancashire Axon Moore team recruit all accounting and finance roles from CFO to transactional finance on both a temporary and permanent basis.
