Description:	Renewals & Finance Administrator Exeter Onsite £25k + company bonus, salary rise post probation Join a respected, growing insurance brokerage in Exeter! We re looking for a proactive Renewals & Finance Administrator to handle policy renewals and financial admin. You ll liaise with insurers and clients to secure the best terms and support the business by reconciling payments, allocating fees, and resolving account queries. What You ll Do Manage and process renewals via phone & email Build strong client/insurer relationships Reconcile statements & allocate payments Spot and resolve financial discrepancies Keep records up to date and accurate What We re Looking For Strong admin or finance background (insurance ideal but not essential) Experience using Excel and confident with numbers and spreadsheets Excellent communication and attention to detail A team player with a positive, organised approach We don't need years of experience, but a 1+ in an admin or finance focused role would be ideal.
